1. General Information

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. This website is owned and operated by Karina Magielska, based in the United Kingdom.

2. Handmade Nature of Products

Every piece of jewellery at ClayByKM is handcrafted by me from scratch. Due to the nature of handmade art:

• Small variations in colour, shape, and texture may occur compared to the photos.
• These are not defects but a guarantee of the uniqueness of each piece.
• I use professional-grade polymer clay and hypoallergenic findings (surgical steel/titanium) as stated in product descriptions.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).
• I reserve the right to refuse any order.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the available payment methods on the website.
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• I ship to the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
• I typically process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• ClayByKM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs for international orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations:

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
• Right to Return: For non-pierced items, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damaged Items: If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours at karinamagielska@claybykm.com with a photo of the damage and packaging.

6. Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and hairspray. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or general wear and tear. Items older than six months are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of ClayByKM and may not be used or reproduced without my written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
