Not at all! One of the biggest advantages of polymer clay jewellery is its feather-light weight. Even large, statement earrings usually weigh less than a few grams, meaning you can wear them all day without any discomfort.
Yes. I know how frustrating skin irritation can be, which is why I use only hypoallergenic components (18k gold or stainless steel). If you have exceptionally sensitive skin and require a specific metal, please message me-I’m happy to help!
Polymer clay is durable but appreciates gentle handling:
- Storage: Keep your jewellery in a dry place, ideally in a box or on a jewellery stand.
- Cleaning: If they get dusty or stained by makeup, gently wipe them with a damp cloth or a cotton pad with a bit of soapy water.
- Avoid: Try not to spray perfume or hairspray directly onto the jewellery. Always remove them before bathing or sleeping.
After curing, polymer clay is flexible and very strong-it shouldn’t break if dropped. However, like all handcrafted items, it has its limits. Please do not intentionally bend your jewellery with significant force.
I love a challenge! If you have a specific colour or design in mind that you don’t see in the shop, feel free to contact me. Together, we can create something unique that perfectly highlights your style.
That is the beauty of handmade art! Every element is mixed and shaped individually. Minimal variations in colour patterns or tiny air bubbles are proof that your jewellery didn’t come off an assembly line, but was crafted directly by my hands.
