Every piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your items to be created, and an additional 5 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

• Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holiday periods.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once this period has passed, or the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.

• United Kingdom: Free Shipping on all orders via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• International (USA, Canada, Australia): Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
• Destinations: We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. Due to regional regulations (GPSR), we do notship to the European Union (EU), Norway, or Switzerland.

VAT Responsibility: As a customer, you are responsible for paying VAT and any applicable import taxes directly to your local authorities. These fees are not included in the product price and will be collected by your country’s customs office or courier. ClayByKM is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

• Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
• Other Items: For non-pierced items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return.
• Handmade Nature: Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality are a natural part of the handmade process and are reflected in the pricing. Returns are not accepted based on these minor variations.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a clear photo of the item and packaging.

• Exclusions: Items damaged due to improper care, poor storage, or items older than six months are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Proof of purchase is required.

• Incorrect Address: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct address at checkout. If a package is returned to us, the buyer must cover the reshipment fees.
• Delays: Postal delays are common. Claims for lost packages can only be filed after 30 days for UK orders and 45 days for International orders.
• Missing Packages: If a package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service for assistance.

• Needle Minders: These contain two small, powerful magnets. Magnets are extremely dangerous if swallowed. Store them strictly out of reach of children.
